Using our CMS, you can integrate and modify additional services. You have the flexibility to showcase these offerings on all SuitePad devices or customize them for specific room categories. You also have the choice of making them instantly bookable or available upon request.
Selection & Booking
Your guests can browse through the offerings on the SuitePads and make bookings or inquiries. An intuitive booking form asks for preferred time slots, confirmation methods, and any additional comments. For certain services, like room service, multiple items can be added to the cart and ordered together.
Order Summary
Our system automatically records all bookings and requests, making them available for processing in the order list by the relevant departments. There's also the option to notify your staff about incoming orders via email or automatic calls, reducing the need to keep the SuitePad CMS open at all times.
Confirmation
Depending on guest preferences, the booking or request can be confirmed or declined with just one click via phone call, email, SMS, or SuitePad push notification. For paid additional services, the corresponding amount will be added to the room bill.
