The SuitePad Phone Dock replaces the traditional in-room phone. It adds a fully functional physical handset to the SuitePad, so a single device covers both guest engagement and phone calls.

No second box on the nightstand. No legacy phone to maintain.

What is in the box

The handset is a standalone phone. It runs on the hotel's existing line, independently of the SuitePad, so it is always available as a phone, whatever the SuitePad is doing.

Analog or IP

The handset comes in two versions. Both dock the same way, both are powered over Ethernet, and both give the room a real phone. The only difference is how the phone connects to your hotel's telephone system.

Powered over Ethernet, independent of the room's power socket, so the phone stays available as long as the hotel's central network and phone infrastructure are running. The tablet uses a standard power supply.

How much does the SuitePad Phone Dock cost?

Launch pricing is €79 / $99 per unit for the analog version and €119 / $139 per unit for the IP version. You choose the variant when you order.

How does the pre-order work?

Submit the pre-order form and we contact you personally. A 30% deposit secures your units and your place in line. The remaining 70% is due on delivery.

When will my units arrive?

First units ship in Autumn 2026. The first production batch is limited and allocated strictly first come, first served. Once it is allocated, pre-orders join the waitlist for the next production phase starting January 2027.

Does it work with existing phone systems?

Yes. The handset is a standalone phone with its own keypad and connects to your hotel's existing line. It is available in two variants: analog for traditional PBX systems, and IP with full SIP support for VoIP and cloud telephony. You choose the variant when you order.

Which variant should I choose?

If your hotel runs a traditional analog PBX and you are keeping it, choose analog. If you use cloud telephony, or you are planning to move to it, choose IP. If you are unsure, our team will check it with your IT.

What cabling do I need in the room?

A normal power socket connection for the tablet, and an analog or IP cable to the phone.

Do calls run through the SuitePad screen?

No. The handset makes and receives the calls, so the room always has a working phone. The SuitePad screen runs the standard SuitePad interface for guest engagement.

Which SuitePad sizes does the dock fit?

The first batch fits MK4 devices. Swappable cradles for other SuitePad device sizes are planned for later batches.

What about emergency calls and US regulations?

Emergency calling is supported, so the room always has a working phone. The Phone Dock is compliant with Kari's Law and RAY BAUM's Act for hotels in the United States.
