€30,000 on the Table: SuitePad Webinar On the Room Service Revenue Gap
Hospitality technology company SuitePad will host a live webinar, "Six Decisions You Can Make to Triple Your Room Service Revenue," presenting benchmark data on why some hotels earn far more from room service than others, and what any property can do about it.
The 30-minute session will be led by SuitePad CEO and co-founder Moritz von Petersdorff-Campen, who will walk through six controllable operational levers drawn from the company's room service benchmark.
The report was created by analyzing hundreds of SuitePad's own hotel customers, covering real order and revenue data rather than survey estimates. The webinar will include a live demo of SuitePad's free Room Service Analyzer, which lets hotels score their own menu, followed by a live Q&A.
The benchmark found that the top 25% of hotels earn €257 per room per year from room service, compared to a median of €99. For a 200-room property, that gap represents more than €30,000 in annual unrealized revenue, and it is driven by execution rather than location, brand, or star rating.
"The top performers are not doing anything exotic," said von Petersdorff-Campen. "They make a small number of decisions more consistently than everyone else. This session shows exactly what those decisions are."
The webinar is free to attend. Registration is open now, and all registrants will receive the recording.
