How will I be notified if my referral qualifies?
Once you submit a referral, our team will review the information to determine eligibility. If the referral qualifies, we will inform you and guide you through the next steps.
Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?
The program is open to all existing SuitePad customers and official partners.
When will I receive my referral reward?
Referrer:
You will receive your reward once the referred hotel signs a contract within 6 months of the referral date.
Referee:
You will receive your reward once the onboarding process is completed and the SuitePad system is live.
Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make?
There is no limit to the number of referrals. However, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the program, please refer only hotels that are likely to qualify.
Do I need to be current SuitePad customer to participate?
Yes, participation in the referral program is limited to existing SuitePad customers and partners. If you are interested in becoming a customer, please click here.
What are the rewards for a successful referral?
If the referral is successful within 6 months:
Both the referrer and the referred party receive €1,000 each, applied as a credit to their next monthly invoice.
The referrer receives the reward after contract signature; the referred party receives it after going live.
What if the referral does not meet the criteria within 6 months?
Unfortunately, if the conditions are not fulfilled within 6 months, the referral will not be eligible for a reward.
