Constantly staying up to date with the city's experiences to best advise your guests can be a daunting task for your reception team. If you have your own concierge service, we will be happy to integrate it and use the SuitePad tablet purely as a source of information. Bookings are then made as usual via your staff.

For instance, guests have the option to order room service directly on the tablet.
