As a long-standing and reliable partner of the Dorint Group, SuitePad has provided us with ongoing support and quick problem-solving. This close partnership has not only significantly increased guest satisfaction but also added financial value through extra revenue and optimized our processes significantly. That's why we decided to roll out SuitePad across all Dorint hotels after our initial pilot projects.
SuitePad offers us the possibility of direct and tailored contact with the guest as soon as he enters the room. In addition, the in-room technology replaces the classic guest folder, which required a lot of maintenance. We have also removed the phones and TV remotes from the rooms, as the SuitePad perfectly integrates and fulfills these functions.
