On Performance, the better SuitePad works, the more we earn together — but your annual cost is always capped at a fixed worst-case ceiling agreed upfront. On Subscription, you pay a predictable fixed fee. We share concrete numbers for your property after you fill the form above.
Every Performance contract has a fixed annual ceiling agreed upfront. If SuitePad over-performs in a given year, you never pay more than that cap. If it under-performs, you pay less. We size the cap together with you, based on your hotel’s revenue profile and room count.
Either model includes hardware. On Subscription you can buy the tablets outright or lease them as part of the monthly fee. On Performance, hardware is included — we own and maintain it, you use it. Either way, we handle setup, replacements, and end-of-life logistics.

Yes. Many hotels start on Performance to remove the upfront risk, then move to Subscription once they see the revenue numbers and want to capture the upside themselves. We renegotiate at your next renewal — no penalty for switching.
On request, we cover your tablets with full theft insurance as part of the contract. A stolen device gets replaced — no claim paperwork on your side, no surprise bills. Some hotels prefer to self-insure under their own property policy; we’re flexible either way.
