Moritz von Petersdorff-Campen

Founder and Managing Director

Moritz von Petersdorff-Campen is responsible for sales, marketing, HR, and finance at SuitePad. After completing his studies at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, with time spent working in Japan and Chile, he founded cloudnumbers.com, a cloud-computing startup, before co-founding SuitePad. In his free time, Moritz enjoys traveling and seeks out the inspiration for new hotels where SuitePad can potentially be used.

Tilmann Volk

Founder and Managing Director

Tilmann Volk is responsible for operations and product/engineering at SuitePad. After completing his studies at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, Tilmann headed up Business Development at Beko Käuferportal before co-founding SuitePad . Tilmann is a keen climber and mountaineer, swapping Berlin’s flat surroundings for the steep slopes of the Alps as often as he can.

Account Management, Customer Success Management and Support

Project Management and Support not only ensure that new customers have their new SuitePads in their rooms as quickly as possible, but are also the first point of contact for our customers with questions about our products or the backend. Customer Success Management complements our customer support with account management, especially with hotel chains. The special focus here lies on the achievement of strategic and long-term project goals.

Marketing and Sales

Marketing and sales are our customers' first points of contact with SuitePad. Well-designed campaigns help make potential customers aware of our products and highlight their benefits. Sales then builds initial personal relationships with our customers, digitally or on-site. Our product experts for different markets can understand the specific needs of hoteliers and find the best individual solutions for them.

Product Development

In-room tablets, BYOD, Lobby Screen, VoIP, and TV Control are all products that have been developed by the SuitePad Product Development team. They also spend their time constantly improving the SuitePad back-end so customers get a reliable and smooth experience. The Product Development division is not only responsible for implementing new features; it also ensures our solution meets the latest security standards and runs flawlessly.

Content Management

Turning a classic paper-based guest folder into a new communication highlight for the guest - that is the task of our content management team, which is responsible not only for the content but also for the design of our digital guest directories.
