Many of our team members come from the hotel industry and know first-hand what our customers need. However, our team also includes mathematicians, linguists, sociologists, and other experts from outside the industry who contribute their know-how to support hotels in the digital world.

Moritz von Petersdorff-Campen

Founder and Managing Director

Moritz is responsible for sales, marketing, HR, and finance at SuitePad. After completing his studies at the WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, with time spent working in Japan and Chile, he founded the cloudnumbers.com cloud-computing startup, before co-founding SuitePad. In his free time, Moritz enjoys travelling, and seeks out inspiration for new hotels where SuitePad can potentially be used.

Tilmann Volk

Founder and Managing Director

Tilmann is responsible for product development, and is the contact person for onboarding and account management. Tilmann studied with Moritz at the WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar, with time spent working in China, the USA, and Spain. Before SuitePad, Tilmann led the business development division of Käuferportal, a successful Berlin startup. Tilmann is a keen climber and mountaineer, swapping Berlin’s flat surroundings for the steep slopes of the Alps as often as he can.

Account Management, Support, and Customer Success Management

The Account Management and Support departments not only ensure that new customers get SuitePads in their rooms as quickly as possible; they are also customers’ first port of call for any questions about our products or back-end. The Customer Success Management division supplements the customer support offered by Account Management, particularly with hotel chains. Its main focus is on achieving strategic and long-term project targets.

Marketing and Sales

Marketing and sales are the first point of contact for the customers. The marketing team works hard to spread the word about what SuitePad can bring to hotel businesses using a wide range of channels. Hoteliers and hotel managers that register their interest in SuitePad will be contacted by the sales department and offered a free onsite demonstration at a time that suits them.

SuitePad Product Development team

Product Development

In-room tablets, BYOD, VoIP, and lobby software are all products that have been developed by the SuitePad Product Development team. They also spend their time constantly improving the SuitePad back-end so customers get a reliable and smooth experience. The Product Development division is not only responsible for implementing new features; it also ensures our solution meets the latest security standards and runs flawlessly.

Content Management

The Content Management team are there to help some of SuitePad's larger customers reach their targets. Their extensive knowledge and understanding of customer interaction with SuitePad, as well as their data analysis skills are a great asset to any SuitePad customer.

SuitePad Media Sales team

Media Sales

Our Media Sales team forges partnerships for our hotels outside the hotel industry. Recruiting advertising partners for hotels results in a win-win situation: Better information for guests and partial refinancing for the hotels.

Human Resources, Office Management and Finance

The only way companies can be successful is if the right personalities all work together, the mood is good, and finances are under control. The Human Resources, Office Management and Finance departments make sure of this at SuitePad. HR, as first point of contact potential new team members, is always on the lookout for fresh talent to enrich our team.
